Welcome to the 22st International Fermented Food Expo.
The International Fermented Food Expo gratefully receives notable recognition as a business venue that invites food enterprises, buyers, and consumers from all over the world.
It also plays a pivotal role in elevating the reputation of Jeollabuk-do as a mecca for fermented foods in Korea—Jeollabuk-do had intensively fostered innovation and exploitation in agro-food even before it began to be spotlighted as a strategic industry for a brighter future.
I believe Jeollabuk-do will soon become a hub of Asia’s agriculture and food industry. On the occasion of the International Fermented Food Expo, the MICE industry will be sure to bloom in Jeollabuk-do as well.
Marking its 21st anniversary, the International Fermented Food Expo is slated to be held under the slogan, ‘Fermentation, the Future of K-Food.’ Going beyond a trade show, this year’s event will offer a broad range of unique, fun-filled experiences that should not be missed; please explore diverse K-Food menus here and publicize them.
